Authenticity ruled when multi-platinum rock band 311 launched it’s Amber Ale in Omaha, Nebraska.
Not only did band members help create the recipe for their custom brew, but they decided to release it by going back to the hometown venue where it all began back in 1990 – Sokol Hall.
The sold-out concert on August 4th was the latest in a series of summer events designed to introduce the band’s newest creative endeavor to its most hardcore fans, many of whom are traveling around the country this year to catch special performances as part of the band’s 25th anniversary celebration.
Fans from as far away as Hawaii and California were among the first to taste the new brew, which is the latest band and brand collaboration created by Cord Management for Rock Brothers Brewing. Nebraska Brewing Company is also a partner on this band-brew, helping to manufacture and distribute the 5.5% ABV (alcohol by volume) beer in select markets around Nebraska, and including Southern California by the end of the summer.
